Access My Secure Web Portal Account

The Secure Web Portal provides a single point of access to view and update your information.

To access your Secure Web Portal account you need to log in using one of two ways:

  • Use the same sign-in information you use for other online services (e.g. online banking).
  • None of your information (e.g. financial, banking) will be shared with Health Canada. Your Sign-In Partner will not know which government service you are using.
  • You will temporarily leave the Health Canada web site to use your Sign-In Partner.
